Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that we are closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Weekends and your order will not be processed during these days


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery (Australia-wide):

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

  • Flat-rate or calculated at checkout depending on your location

Express Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Available at checkout for eligible postcodes

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on postal service delays or external factors beyond our control.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our clinic in [INSERT LOCATION].
To select this option, choose “Pick up” during checkout.

You will receive an email once your order is ready. Pickup is available during business hours:

  • Mon, Thurs, Fri: 10am–5pm

  • Closed: Tue, Wed & Weekends
