Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted for any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with photos.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is accepted
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
